Christina Nelson is a seasoned Human Resources Director with over 15 years of progressive experience in guiding organizations through complex transitions and strategic initiatives. With a bachelor’s in human resources management and an MBA with a concentration in Labor Relations from Alvernia University, Christina has honed her skills in process improvement, labor relations, and benefit administration. As a strategic leader, she has a robust track record in spearheading change initiatives, policy development, and aligning organizational objectives with a steadfast commitment to Diversity and Equity.

Christina has excelled in various senior roles, including her recent position as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Alliance X in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she advised on HR policies and procedures and led significant projects to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Her tenure at AUPP Ltd. Co as the Group Human Resources and Administration Director saw her partnering with leaders to increase company revenue and strengthen the talent pipeline. At Bates Technical College, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources, implementing strategies that maximized college performance and ensured compliance with various laws and regulations.

Her expertise extends to talent acquisition, performance management, and executive leadership, with a particular focus on fostering inclusive environments and driving cultural change. Christina is known for her ability to create comprehensive classification and performance management systems, ensuring that HR functions align with company goals for efficient execution.
