Dean of College of Business

Dr. O’Neill’s field of inquiry is Leadership and Change specializing in culture and communication with an emphasis in Strategic Leadership. She has worked in Japan, Qatar, Guatemala, Iraq, Argentina, the United States, Afghanistan, Jamaica, Kuwait, and the Central Pacific nation of Kiribati.

Dr. O’Neill is a government and industry professional providing services to organizations including Robert Half,  Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, Oliver Wyman,  Ferrari World, Unity Point Hospitals, Mashreq Bank, and MONBUSHO. She creates innovative solutions for complex environments on issues related to leadership, change management, organization development and strategy, employee engagement, and cross-cultural/inter-cultural workplace relations and team development.
