Future Corporate Leaders Scholarships

Investing in Education. Developing Talent. Building Iraq’s Future Leaders.

The Future Corporate Leaders Scholarships is a strategic initiative by the American University of Iraq–Baghdad (AUIB) designed to bridge the gap between higher education and the business community. Through partnerships with leading national and international companies, the program provides talented Iraqi students with access to quality American-style education, practical industry experience, and career development opportunities.

Under this initiative, corporate partners sponsor partial tuition scholarships while supporting students throughout their academic and professional journeys.
Beyond Financial Support

The program goes beyond traditional scholarships by creating a pathway connecting education with real-world business experience. Participating students benefit from:

  • Scholarship Support: Corporate-sponsored tuition scholarships that make quality education more accessible.
  • Internships: Hands-on industry experience with corporate partners, potentially starting in the first year.
  • Professional Development: Leadership training, mentorship, and career readiness programs.
  • Employment Opportunities: Potential paid employment during studies and career pathways after graduation.
  • Academic Excellence: Continuous academic guidance and performance monitoring to support student success.

Creating Shared Value
The initiative creates a mutually beneficial partnership between AUIB, students, and the corporate sector.

Students gain education and career opportunities, while corporate partners develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified talent aligned with their future workforce needs.

Building Iraq’s Future
By connecting education, industry, and employment, AUIB and its corporate partners are investing in the next generation of Iraqi professionals and business leaders who will contribute to the country’s economic growth and development.
