Rising Stars Scholarship

Recognizing Potential. Empowering Ambition. Inspiring Future Leaders.

The Rising Stars Scholarships celebrate ambition, determination, and academic potential, recognizing promising Iraqi students who demonstrate a strong commitment to their education and the drive to build a brighter future.

Generously funded by the Dr. Saadi Saihood Charitable Foundation, these scholarships provide 30% to 50% tuition support, based on defined eligibility criteria and students’ academic profiles. Through this initiative, AUIB opens the door to world-class, American-style higher education, empowering talented students to pursue their dreams, develop their abilities, and unlock their full potential.

The Rising Stars Scholarships reflect a shared commitment to making quality education more accessible and investing in the next generation of Iraqi professionals, innovators, and leaders who will contribute to the nation’s growth and prosperity.

Recipients will be selected by a dedicated committee based on clearly defined academic and eligibility criteria, in accordance with the regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) and AUIB’s policies. Scholarship recipients are expected to maintain strong academic performance throughout their studies.
