Wellness Director And Faculty

Jennifer Cook serves as Wellness Center Director at AUIB, providing strategic leadership for wellness programming, counseling services, and student accessibility initiatives. She manages all Wellness Center operations, delivering crisis intervention, evidence-based psychotherapy, and campus-wide wellbeing programs while also serving as faculty in the College of Education and Human Development.

Her career spans over 20 years of executive leadership in education and wellness. Most recently, she served as consultant and guest lecturer at the American University of Bahrain, focusing on institutional policy review, the Faculty Development series, and specialized wellness, personal development, and leadership courses. At the American International School of Utah, she served as High School Director and K-12 Dean of Students, overseeing operations and programming for over 1,500 students. At Snow College, she developed campus-wide Student Success Initiatives, reaching over 6,000 students per year.

An active keynote speaker, she has addressed audiences on topics including mental health, domestic violence, education, and student success across the United States and MENA region.

Ms. Cook holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Southern Utah University, a Diploma in Psychotherapy from Royal Berkshire College, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah. She is a Licensed Psychotherapist in the UK.
