Dr. Sarmad Yassen is a distinguished orthodontist and dental Surgeon, with over 24 years of clinical and academic excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Baghdad- Iraq and a Master of Science in Specialized Orthodontics from the University of Duisburg-Essen- Germany.
Dr. Yassen expertise spans advanced orthodontic techniques, aesthetic dentistry, and oral surgery, with certifications from globally renowned institutions including University of California -Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Institute of Dental Esthetics- California, and the Asia Pacific Dental Federation- Singapore. He completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program in Basra General Hospital- Iraq and has trained extensively in skeletal anchorage Orthodontics.
As a tenured instructor in continuing dental Education at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars since 2012, Dr. Sarmad Yassen has delivered over 3,000 hours of postgraduate education across North America, the Middle East, and Asia. His lectures are accredited by the American Dental Association ADA C.E.R.P & Academy of general Dentistry AGD.
Dr. Sarmad currently leads a private multidisciplinary dental practice in Karbala-Iraq, where he integrates cutting-edge orthodontic solutions with patient-centered care.
