Dr. Sarah Omeishi

Dr. Omeishi brings extensive experience from both the United States and Iraq, combining academic knowledge with clinical practice expertise. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the field of dentistry through evidence-based education, compassionate practice, and patient-focused care.
Dr. Omeishi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from the University of Baghdad College of Dentistry.
As a Lecturer at AUIB, she teaches Fundamentals of Healthcare Professions and is dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment that integrates theoretical understanding with practical application. Her teaching philosophy centers on building professional ethics, communication skills, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She continues to enhance her expertise through engagement with evolving global standards in dental education.
