Dr. Raed AlDelayme is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a comprehensive career encompassing clinical practice, academic leadership, and research. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Mosul, Iraq, and pursued advanced qualifications through various prestigious programs.
These include certifications and fellowships from Syrian specialty (SOMFS); Arab Board (CABOMFS); Royal College of Physician and Surgeons in Glasgow (MOMSRCPSG); Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MFD); and Fellowship of Faculty of Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland in the field of Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine (FFDOSOM), Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and England (FDS)).
Furthermore, he received a subspecialty in laser medicine (HDLaser), Fellowship in Urgent Care, and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from Eastman Institute of Oral Health, University of Rochester, USA.
Dr. AlDelayme has held significant roles such as Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Dijlah University College and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Alyarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad. Dr. AlDelayme is an accomplished researcher and academic with multiple published studies to his credit. He serves as Editor-in-Chief, Editor, and Reviewer for several scholarly journals. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and other states, where he practices in various clinics.
Additionally, Dr. AlDelayme has experience as an Oral Surgeon and Lecturer, having worked with the NYU Langone residency program in Maryland for three years. He currently holds the position of Visiting Associate Professor at the American University of Iraq, Baghdad.
