Dr. Diana Moukaddem
Assistant Professor
During her doctoral studies, Dr. Moukaddem served as an optometry clinical demonstrator at the undergraduate level at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) and became an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.
Previously, she worked for over two years as an optometrist at Beirut Eye and ENT Specialist Hospital, a leading eye hospital in Lebanon. There, she gained clinical experience, particularly in pediatric optometry and binocular vision.
Dr. Moukaddem earned her PhD in Optometry and Vision Science in 2024 and her MSc in Investigative Ophthalmology and Vision Research in 2018, both from Glasgow Caledonian University.
