AUIB | Structure

Structure

As AUIB matures, fundraisers will be aligned primarily with academic and program units of the institution, working directly with faculty, program administrators, alumni and volunteers. The AUIB President—in close consultation with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Chair of the AUIB Foundation—will assist in developing key strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and proposal development in Iraq, the United States, Great Britain, and beyond.

Eventually, these efforts will be supported and facilitated by a central institutional advancement office via public relations and marketing efforts, publications, annual giving solicitations, annual giving programs, local/regional/national/international events, and other stewardship efforts.

Eventually, the AUIB Alumni Association will play a vital role in keeping graduates connected to the institution and helping to identify current and future giving prospects.
